Relief: A blend of essential oils that Smells Great and Works Wonders; a very soothing blend that helps to reduce depression, anxiety, stress and tension while promoting restful sleep and relaxation.
White Fir: White Fir oil is soothing for muscles (or joints) that have been overworked or are tired. It is Soothing, calming and grounding, and eases muscle discomfort associated with exercise. A strong scent, spicy and woody.
Balsam Fir: Balsam Fir Oil is traditionally used to soothe muscle discomfort following exercise or work out; and is known for supporting healthy respiratory function. Balsam fir oil will ground the body and empower the mind. It will bring emotional balance to the mind and body by aligning the sacral and heart chakras.
Cypress: spiritually grounding and helps us accept change by allowing us to go with the flow and feeling more secure with ourselves.
Helichrysum: has a sweet and fruity smell with honey or nectar overtones, and assists us in releasing emotional blocks that are rooted in the subconscious mind. Its sharp and herbaceous aroma makes one feel secure and safe.
Marjoram: Marjoram Oil relaxes tense muscles after exercise, and is supportive of the nervous tension. It is mentally strengthening and relaxing. Calms the nervous tension. Spicy scent and woody.
Basil: Basil Essential Oil was used traditionally to ease muscle discomfort after exercise. It's herbaceous scent restores mental alertness, and may also sharpen your sense of smell.
Clove: Clove oil uses include support to healthy mindset around work and play. This oil includes the naturally occurring constituent eugenol.
Copaiba: Copaiba Oil is a wonderful essential oil that has traditionally been used to support the body's natural response to irritation and support healthy digestion, as well as reducing occasional muscle discomfort after exercise
Palo Santo: Palo Santo Oil or “Holy Wood” is a very spiritual essential oil. Like frankincense, palo santo is known as a spiritual oil and is called holy wood. Used by the Incas to purify and cleanse the spirit from negative energies. It is grounding and calming. Has a sweet, balsamic and earthy aroma with incense-like overtones.

Sodium PCA: Humectant.
Polyquaternium-51: Cationic polymer derived from sugar. A powerful humectant and protective film former. Stabilizes epidermal phospholipids while significantly improving moisture retention.
Sodium hyaluronate: has been observed to increase the rate of cellular repair while minimizing the formation of scarred tissue, sodium hyaluronate is intended to facilitate cellular repair and renewal to minimize cracking and damage.
Urea: Urea is capable of binding water in the stratum corneum to prevent water loss while effectively moisturizing the skin. Urea also functions as an effective exfoliating agent to help smooth and soften the skin, which normally becomes rough and flakey after desiccation. Both sodium PCA and urea are components of the body’s natural moisturizing factors (NMF), which function as the body’s methods to retain moisture.
Trehalose: Trehalose is a glucose disaccharide that facilitates osmo-regulation, and it can be found in fungi, bacteria, some amphibians and many invertebrates that are forced to survive in desiccating environments. It functions as a carbohydrate reserve in Saccharomyces cerevisiae to stabilize proteins during heat shock and suppresses denatured protein aggregation. Trehalose is also important for overcoming environmental osmotic and oxidative stresses. Topical application of the disaccharide may improve epidermal barrier function, and possibly prevent heat shock.
