Received a sample size of this healing balm and after a couple months I'm still using it! When my nose was sore from a recent cold this soothed it and even opened up my sinuses some at the same time without burning.  I keep this handy little jar in my purse and use it even on my lips for extra protection when out and about on the cold dry days.
